Apply for the Council Housebuilding Support Fund

The Council Housebuilding Support Fund (CHSF) provides grant funding to local authorities to develop and progress affordable housing projects, helping councils prepare viable bids for the Social and Affordable Homes Programme. Read full details in the grant's prospectus (opens in new tab).

To apply for this grant, you must meet the eligibility criteria.
